Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support enterprise Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and later).
* Build, configure, maintain, and decommission physical and virtual servers.
* Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related Microsoft technologies.
* Perform system patching, upgrades, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
* Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
* Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
* Work with security, networking, storage, and cloud teams to deliver infrastructure solutions.
* Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.
* Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
* Participate in on-call support and planned out-of-hours maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
* Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration.
* Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP administration.
* PowerShell scripting and automation.
* VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
* Windows patch management and OS lifecycle management.
* Server build, deployment, and operational acceptance processes.
* Monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise environments.
* Security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
* Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Windows update technologies is desirable
