Aztrum Recruitment is working with a successful and expanding Managed Service Provider that delivers managed IT support, cloud solutions, cyber security, connectivity and digital transformation services to businesses and education organisations across the North of England. This role offers the opportunity to manage an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business. You'll work alongside experienced technical specialists to deliver tailored technology solutions that genuinely add value for customers.
The Role
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell managed IT, cloud, cyber security and connectivity solutions.
Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outbound activity.
Produce proposals, quotations and commercial agreements.
Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to provide the right solutions for clients.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.About You
Previous experience in an Account Manager, Business Development Manager or IT Sales role.
Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT reseller or technology solutions environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Commercially focused with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
Comfortable discussing business challenges and recommending technology solutions.
Full UK driving licence is advantageous.What's On Offer?
