How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

An exciting opportunity to join a growing professional services organisation as a Technical Business Analyst. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping how technology drives business transformation, with a particular focus on Salesforce, AI, and automation platforms. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you'll lead requirements definition, process optimisation, and system improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

Deliver exciting new platform functionality for internal systems, ensuring business requirements are captured, prioritised, and translated into actionable deliverables.
Lead the design, documentation, and optimisation of business processes (As-Is/To-Be).
Drive the adoption of technology such as Salesforce, AI, and intelligent tools, ensuring system enhancements deliver measurable business value.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system changes, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved user experience.
Produce and oversee test plans, facilitate UAT, and develop training materials to support successful change adoption.
Champion agile delivery practices, iterative development, and continuous improvement.
Identify and communicate delivery risks, dependencies and opportunities, providing clear progress updates to project stakeholders.

    Ideal Skillset

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology-enabled transformation projects.
Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process re-engineering.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce and knowledge of AI or automation platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled in process mapping, user journeys, and producing clear documentation.
Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

    Benefits

    Competitive base salary
    Annual bonus scheme
Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days remote)
Opportunities for professional development, training, and leadership growth
Be part of a values-led organisation investing in cutting-edge technology and innovation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive smarter, more efficient business processes, we'd love to hear from you.
