Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Site Manager to work for our client’s internal refurbishment project in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, managing resources and overseeing Health and Safety on site.
Key Requirements:
* Black CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
* First Aid at Work certification
* Asbestos Awareness
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site operations
* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
* Monitor materials, equipment and workforce allocation
* Report project progress to Site Manager
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
£270- £290 per day
