Field Seymour Parkes is a leading Thames Valley law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and established corporate clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate Team.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced partners and specialists, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

* Mergers and acquisitions

* Company restructures and reorganisations

* Shareholder agreements

* Joint ventures

* Corporate governance matters

* Share and asset sales and purchases

* Private equity and investment transactions

* General company law advice

You will manage your own caseload while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.

About You

We are interested in hearing from qualified solicitors who:

* Have experience in corporate law gained within a recognised law firm

* Demonstrate strong technical and drafting skills

* Possess excellent commercial awareness

* Are confident in managing client relationships

* Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment
