A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its insurance team in London. The Opportunity
The successful Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to lawyers within the Insurance team, delivering high-quality executive, administrative and client service support in a fast-paced environment. Duties include:
Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating schedules
Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
Planning events and managing expenses
Supporting business development initiatives, including networking activities and client communications
Assisting with finance and billing, including preparing invoices and liaising with the finance team
Coordinating workflow and delegating tasks where appropriate
Drafting correspondence and amending legal documents
Maintaining client spreadsheets and other administrative documentationThis Executive Assistant position is a full-time, permanent role based in the firm's London office.
Requirements
At least 4 year's previous Executive Assistant or Legal PA experience within a professional services or legal environment (essential)Vacancy Highlights
