Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with a well-established and growing company? Due to continued success and expansion, our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their busy production team at their Corby facility.

The Role
Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Operating a variety of production machinery
Inspecting products visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet specification standards
Loading, moving and feeding materials into machines as required
Carrying out routine lubrication and basic machine maintenance
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move finished pallets into the warehouse
Performing operational maintenance in line with company procedures
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, machine operating, powder coating, or similar environment
A good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
The ability to follow instructions and achieve production targets
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong team-working skills and a reliable work ethic
Counterbalance FLT experience (advantageous)Full training and 1:1 support will be provided to help you become familiar with company processes and procedures.
