Quality Engineer
Job Description:

Acting as a customer & supplier interface and focal contract point for customers for all quality related matters including customer complaints, new product implementation, quality performance reviews
Leading day to day quality activities of an integrated logistics centre (Warehouse) to ensure accurate management of customer returns, supplier returns and quality wall inspections
Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience with customers or customer quality
Proven experience in root cause investigations (8D’s, 5Whys, CAPA)
Engineering & Manufacturing experience.
Experience with the following PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA
