We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Corby, specialising in irrigation equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term, stable work in a busy, supportive workshop environment.

Pay: £16.21/hr | Overtime: £24.31/hr

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
Friday: 08:00 - 16:30The Role:

MIG welding mild steel (1mm - 15mm)
Welding thin and thick sections, with or without jigs
Producing strong, water-tight welds
Reading and following engineering drawings
Preparing materials and setting up equipment
Inspecting welds to ensure quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Meeting production targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a MIG Welder
Confident welding mild steel across varying thicknesses
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and a good team player
Flexible for overtime when requiredBenefits:
