We're recruiting caring, enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school this September. You'll support children and young people with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and achieve their full potential in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing
✔ Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
✔ Working alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons
✔ Encouraging confidence, communication and independence
✔ Helping create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
✔ Supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing
✔ Monitoring pupil progress and celebrating achievements
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (education, care or similar)
A patient, compassionate and resilient approach
Understanding of SEN, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH
GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C or equivalent)
Right to work in the UK
Bonus if you have: Teaching Assistant qualifications, First Aid or previous SEN school experience-but these aren't essential.
