The Role - Year 4 Teacher
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will deliver inspiring and engaging lessons to a class of 28 pupils. You will plan and assess learning in line with the curriculum while adapting teaching to suit different abilities and learning needs. This role requires someone who can build positive relationships with pupils, encourage confidence and independence, and maintain a positive classroom environment. Applicants must hold QTS, have previous KS2 teaching experience, and demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
