The Opportunity

As a Machine Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery to ensure efficient performance
Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults or issues
Ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards
Following company hygiene, health & safety, and food production procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, food production, or machine operating environment is advantageous but not essential
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
A proactive approach to health and safety
Right to work in the UKShift Pattern

This role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, covering:

Days
Nights
WeekendsYou'll work up to 17 shifts per month, offering a structured schedule and a strong work-life balance between rotations.
