The interim Bench Joiner will:
Read and interpret technical drawings to produce wooden components accurately.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Assemble and finish wooden items to meet required standards.
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they match specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Carry out repairs or modifications to wooden components when needed.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines at all times.Profile
A successful Bench Joiner should have:
Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
