We're assisting our client who is a powerhouse in the rail sector with a track record spanning major schemes across the UK and Europe on their search for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a Major Rail Framework at their Hatfield Business Park office. This is a permanent role offering real career progression within a business that's only going from strength to strength.

What you'll be doing:

Working closely alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of multiple schemes at various stages of the project lifecycle.
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within contracts, helping protect margin and drive value.
Building strong, lasting relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams to keep delivery on time and on budget.
Getting hands-on exposure to the commercial side of large-scale rail infrastructure work - ideal for someone looking to fast-track their QS career.What we're looking for:

Experience within Infrastructure , Rail and/or Civil Engineering.
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
Rail sector experience is advantageous, but not essential - full support and mentoring will be provided.
Confident communicator, comfortable managing subcontractors, suppliers, and their expectations.Why apply?
