Up to £50,000 Basic + £10,000 Bonus | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Dorking Area
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a modern, forward-thinking independent workshop where your skills are genuinely valued?
We're recruiting on behalf of an independent workshop in the Dorking area that has recently invested in a brand-new workshop, the latest equipment, and high-quality diagnostic tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a close-knit, professional team.
What's on Offer?
* Up to £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
* Performance bonus of up to £10,000 per year
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Flexible working hours available
* No weekend working
* Brand-new workshop with modern equipment and tooling
* 20 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are completed efficiently and safely while delivering excellent workmanship.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic.
* Ideally has experience working with prestige vehicles or within the Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) or JLR brands.
* Has experience working in an independent garage environment.
* Is confident with diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
* Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a team.
Bonus Scheme
The bonus is based on workshop performance, with rewards linked to achieving 85% workshop throughput each week, giving you the opportunity to significantly boost your annual earnings.
