NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established and growing heavy plant dealership that is looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover the Colchester area.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of a wide range of heavy construction plant at customer sites throughout Essex and the surrounding areas.
You'll be provided with a fully equipped company van and the autonomy to manage your own workload while receiving excellent support from the service team.
Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair heavy construction plant.
Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
Complete breakdown repairs efficiently on customer sites.
Accurately complete service reports and job sheets.
Build strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service.
Work safely and in accordance with company procedures.
The Candidate
We're looking for engineers with experience working on equipment such as:
Excavators
Wheel Loaders
Dumpers
Dozers
Telehandlers
Rollers
Loading Shovels
Construction Plant
Experience with manufacturers such as CAT, Komatsu, JCB, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Develon, Doosan, Hyundai, Liebherr, SANY, Kubota, Takeuchi or similar would be highly desirable.
