How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Mechanical Project Engineer

    Relocation to Frankfurt, Germany

    €75,000 - €95,000 + Accommodation + Travel + Bonus + Package

    Work on one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre projects while building a long-term career with a leading international contractor. This is an opportunity for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a growing project team delivering a major mission-critical development in Frankfurt. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Construction Managers and Engineering teams on a large-scale data centre project, gaining exposure to complex mechanical systems from installation through to commissioning and handover.

    If you're looking to move into the data centre sector, or already have mission-critical experience and want to work on larger projects with genuine progression opportunities, this role offers a clear path forward.

    Your Role As A Mechanical Project Engineer Will Include:

    ● Supporting the delivery of mechanical packages on a major data centre project.

    ● Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and to

    programme.

    ● Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and design information.

    ● Coordinating mechanical installations with wider MEP and CSA teams.

    ● Supporting testing, commissioning and project handover activities.

    ● Attending client, design and subcontractor meetings.

    As A Mechanical Project Engineer You Will Have:

    ● Experience working as a Mechanical Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or

    Mechanical Package Engineer.

    ● Background delivering large-scale construction projects.

    ● Experience within data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing,

    commercial or mission-critical environments.

    ● Strong understanding of mechanical building services.

    ● Willingness to work in Frankfurt, Germany.
