An exciting role in a rapidly growing, PE backed organisation.
We are seeking an experienced M&A Programme Director to be accountable for all technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including integration into the group whilst realizing the potential synergistic values to be created.
The role is accountable for establishing and maintaining the IT M&A Playbook, leading IT due diligence, assessing acquisition targets, developing integration strategies and delivering successful technology integration programmes whilst protecting business continuity, security and customer outcomes.
The role acts as the single point of accountability for IT throughout the acquisition lifecycle - from initial target assessment through to post-integration value realisation.
Working with the wider IT team to deliver the objectives creating hybrid teams to ensure smooth transition of service following integration.
