What You'll Be Doing
* Building and developing relationships with schools across London and the surrounding areas.
* Recruiting, interviewing and placing high-quality teaching and support staff into schools.
* Managing the full recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
* Proactively sourcing new candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
* Conducting candidate interviews and compliance checks.
* Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
* Negotiating placements and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service to both schools and candidates.
* Working towards achievable targets within a supportive and rewarding environment.
What We're Looking For
* A positive, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Confidence speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face.
* A willingness to learn and develop.
* Resilient, self-motivated and target driven.
* Previous recruitment, sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
* A full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
