Area: Bristol & surrounding Southwest areas
Salary: £37,250 + commission scheme

The requirements of the Customer Service Representative will be:
Increase aftersales revenue by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Build strong relationships, ensuring customer needs are met
Create new aftersales business opportunities
Actively pursue potential leads and follow through to secure new business
Maintain and update accurate records of sales activity
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Representative will have:
Experience working within the construction machinery or plant hire industry
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Strong communication skills internally and externally
Ability to build relationships quickly
Full UK Driving licence
