A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Waterloo, London. CBW is currently looking for A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Waterloo The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Reset
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lightingHours of work / Rate
Monday - Friday
6:00 am - 15:00 pm / 13:00 pm - 22:00 pm weekly rotating
Starting Immediately ( Monday 20/07/26 )
Call-Out Rota: 1 week in every 6 weeks covering 22:00 – 06:00 and weekends. £150 standby payment per week plus additional call-out payments.

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
