Secondary Science Teacher – Full Time

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established secondary school near Clitheroe for a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their successful department from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The Role
Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and Science department.The Successful Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
A commitment to raising achievement and inspiring young people.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.The School Offers
