Whats in Store for you:
As a Groundwork Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.
What your day will include:
Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.
What we need from you:
SSSTS / SMSTS
Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects
In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques
Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
Strong communicator
Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
UK driving licence
