Key Responsibilities
* This is an on-site role.
* Participate in establishing annual operating plans, ensuring tracking and use of key performance indicators for improved operational and business results.
* Represent manufacturing operations in cross-functional leadership teams to drive site and business goals.
* Ensure the safety of team members by fostering a safe work environment, overseeing safety training, and driving accountability for following safety standards.
* Perform broad department management duties, coordinate team efforts, and manage team operating plans.
* Drive execution of site continuous improvement plans, lead significant department projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Proven experience in manufacturing processes and data analysis.
* Strong knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety standards.
* Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement and tracking operational metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to coach individuals, provide clear feedback, and lead teams through change.
