How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Bendi Truck Driver Wanted – Temp to Perm Opportunity

    Are you an experienced Bendi Truck Driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position? We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a reliable and skilled Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck Driver to join their busy warehouse team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid accredited Bendi licence and strong warehouse experience, particularly using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

    Job Details

    Job Title: Bendi Truck Driver
    Contract: Temp to Perm
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
    Location: Marston Green

    Pay Rate: £14 per hour

    Key Responsibilities

    Operating a Bendi (Flexi) forklift truck safely and efficiently.
    Loading and unloading goods.
    Putting stock away and replenishing warehouse locations.
    Picking and moving stock using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    Accurately scanning and recording stock movements.
    Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
    Supporting general warehouse duties as required.

    Essential Requirements

    A valid, in-date, accredited Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck Licence.
    Previous experience operating a Bendi truck in a warehouse environment.
    Essential: Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    Good attention to detail and accuracy.
    Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
    A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
