A small, welcoming nursery near Deanshanger is seeking an experienced, caring and highly organised Nursery Manager (CACHE Level 3) to lead their Early Years team. This is a full‑time, permanent role with an ASAP start, offering stability, autonomy and the chance to shape a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

As Nursery Manager, you will:

Lead the day‑to‑day running of the nursery

Support staff with planning, observations and EYFS delivery

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance and communication

Build strong relationships with families and the local community

Oversee routines, staffing, wellbeing and nursery operations

*

Champion the nursery’s values of warmth, care, nurture and commitment

Support children with SEN and ensure inclusive practice

CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent Early Years qualification)
