Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm

Are you an experienced Production Welder looking for a new opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Production Welder to join a busy manufacturing business based in Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out production welding to a high standard
Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
Performing MIG welding on a variety of metal products and components
Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Operating safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting other areas of production when required
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a production welding environment
Competent in MIG welding
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
