We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to join an established but growing team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' estimating experience within the M&E industry, with a strong mechanical bias. However, we also welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the right skills, attitude, and willingness to develop, as this experience is preferred rather than essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Producing competitive tender pricing and cost estimates.
Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Job costing and cost analysis.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team throughout the tender process.
