We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our client in the HU15 area on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a varied role that combines driving with warehouse duties, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll be responsible for delivering essential supplies to farms and agricultural sites, while also helping to maintain an organised and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver supplies and equipment to farms, agricultural sites, and company warehouses.
* Transport a variety of items including PPE, buckets, cleaning products, toilet paper, and other general consumables.
* Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues.
* Maintain accurate delivery records and complete any required paperwork.
* Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organised.
* Assist with stock movement, storage, and general warehouse housekeeping.
* Follow all company health and safety procedures at all times.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
About You
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
