Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, people development, and operational excellence?
We're looking for a Regional Service Manager to lead our Northern service operation, managing a team of Area Service Managers and driving performance across safety, customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational delivery.
What you'll do:

Champion a safety-first culture and employee wellbeing
ā
Lead, coach and develop high-performing service teams
ā
Drive customer service excellence and operational performance
ā
Use data and insights to deliver business results and continuous improvement
ā
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
ā
Identify and maximise service growth opportunities across the region
What we're looking for:
ā Proven experience leading managers and multi-site/field-based teams
ā Strong customer service and operational management background
ā Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills
ā Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and SAP
ā Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
