We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a busy manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced FMCG environment, helping to maximise plant uptime while maintaining safe and reliable electrical systems.
Working as part of a multi-skilled engineering team, you'll play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
ā” What you'll be doing:
š§ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
āļø Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime
š ļø Testing, inspecting, and maintaining electrical systems and building services equipment
šØ Responding quickly to breakdowns and identifying root causes
š Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
š¤ Working closely with engineering teams and site personnel to ensure efficient service delivery
š¦ŗ Following all Health & Safety procedures and statutory compliance requirements
š·āāļø What we're looking for:
š¹ Experience as an Electrical Engineer within Facilities Management, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments
š¹ Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
š¹ Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and building services
š¹ Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
š¹ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
ā Desirable:
ā Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments
ā Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience
