How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    * Drafting, reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements, supplier agreements and statement of works.

    * Reviewing and negotiating statement of works and intellectual property assignments.

    * Managing contracts through review, approval and record-keeping processes.

    * Supporting colleagues across the business on contractual processes and requirements.

    * Identifying and implementing improvements to current processes and ways of working.

    * Providing commercial and contractual support on a variety of business projects.

To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:

    * Previous experience in a contracts, commercial, legal administration or similar role.

    * Experience drafting, reviewing or administering commercial agreements such as confidentiality agreements, supplier contracts and statement of works.

    * A degree in law, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience gained in a contracts, commercial or legal environment.

    * A robust understanding of contract law and commercial risk.

    * Good organisational skills to manage and maintain documentations; and to co-ordinate both internal and external efforts.

    * Excellent administrative skills to manage and maintain documentation.

    * Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

    * Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    * Experience of the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

    * The ability to work independently whilst aware of own limitations and knows when to seek advice or escalate issues.

    * Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues, both internally and externally.

    * Calm and firm negotiator.

    * A practical, collaborative approach and willingness to get involved wherever support is needed
