How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Looking for a content leader who combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing and editorial skills. You'll have a proven track record of leading content programmes across multiple markets while influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable business results.

    Description

    Develop and lead the global B2B content strategy, aligned with commercial objectives and audience needs
    Own content planning and delivery for the EMEA region across digital channels and sales enablement
    Lead, mentor and support an established international team of Content Managers (x2)
    Drive consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial standards across all markets
    Create content that supports the full customer journey, from awareness through to conversion
    Partner with SEO specialists to optimise content for search, AI-powered discovery, AEO and LLM search experiences
    Manage freelancers, agencies and external content partners to deliver high-quality content at scale
    Champion the use of AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and workflow
    Develop effective content planning, governance and prioritisation processes
    Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing business priorities across multiple regions
    Use data and performance insights to continually optimise content and demonstrate commercial impact
    Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across global marketing teamsProfile

    Extensive experience developing and delivering B2B content strategies
    Experience leading and developing content teams within international or matrix organisations
    Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats
    A commercial mindset with experience supporting demand generation, lead nurturing and sales enablement

    Experience establishing editorial standards, messaging frameworks and content governance
