How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your Role
    • Support Year 3 pupils with SEN through a mixture of in-class, small-group and 1:1 interventions.
    • Adapt learning activities and classroom resources to meet individual needs.
    • Encourage positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and successful participation in lessons.
    • Build pupils confidence, independence and resilience throughout the school day.

    • Foster an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, supported and able to succeed.

    Were Looking For Someone Who:
    • Has experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in Key Stage 2.
    • Has previously supported pupils with SEND, including speech and language needs, autism, learning difficulties or social, emotional and behavioural needs.
    • Is calm, patient and able to build positive relationships with children.
    • Can work independently while following guidance from teaching staff.
    • Is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to making a genuine difference to pupils lives.

    Why Join This School?
    • Full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for ongoing work.
    • Supportive leadership team and experienced SEND department.
    • Positive, inclusive school community with high expectations for every child.
    • Excellent opportunity to develop your experience within primary SEND.
    • Competitive daily pay of £100–£110.
