A friendly and inclusive primary school in Hillingdon (Hayes) is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join its Reception team from September 2026 for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to support children at the beginning of their educational journey within a nurturing and well-resourced EYFS environment.

The Role
Working alongside experienced EYFS staff, you will:
• Support learning across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
• Deliver engaging play-based and adult-led activities
• Promote early phonics, language, literacy and numeracy skills
• Observe and record childrens progress
• Help create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Support childrens wellbeing, independence and personal care where appropriate
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
• Promote safeguarding and inclusive practice at all times
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Recent EYFS experience
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child to succeed
