The Role
Working as part of a talented kitchen brigade, The Chef de Partie be responsible for running your section, maintaining exceptional standards and contributing to an innovative and exciting food offering.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and delivering high quality dishes within your designated section.
Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the smooth day to day running of the kitchen.
Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Following allergen procedures and food safety policies at all times.
Assisting with stock control, waste management and maintaining cost-effective kitchen operations.
Working efficiently in a fast paced, professional kitchen environment.
About You
You'll be a passionate and motivated chef with:
NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation (or equivalent) preferred.
Food Safety qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, ingredients and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.

£33000.00 - £35000.00 per year
