As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in our production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day will be filled with engaging tasks, including:
Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively
Assisting in the assembly and packaging of products
Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure product quality and efficient production.
Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
Develop skills across multiple machines and processes through on-the-job training.
Keeping work areas clean and organised
