Job Description

Carrying out electrical installations, rewires and upgrades within occupied and void Social Housing properties across East London.

Completing electrical testing, inspection and fault finding, ensuring all work complies with current regulations.

Undertaking responsive repairs and planned maintenance while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Producing accurate certification and reports following all testing and installation works.

Working closely with supervisors and tenants to complete Electrical works safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales across East London.

Skills / Qualifications

Qualified Electrician with experience working within Social Housing, housing maintenance or property services.

Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification essential.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification essential.

2391 Testing & Inspection qualification essential.

Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to cover East London using a company van.
