How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Our client, a reputable organisation in the retail sector, is currently seeking a Resourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis. This role is crucial within the retail division and involves significant responsibility in supporting and enhancing the organisation's talent acquisition strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver efficient recruitment solutions
    Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
    Utilising various sourcing techniques to attract top talent within the retail sector
    Conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders
    Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    Providing expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends within the FMCG industry
    Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    Supporting the HR team with various recruitment-related activities as needed

    Job Requirements:

    Experience in resourcing or talent acquisition
    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
    Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
