Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We have an excellent opportunity for a Masker / Operator Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing team in Gloucester.
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare manufactured components for the painting process
·Apply masking tape to components with precision and accuracy
·Carry out loading, unloading, and manual handling duties
·Inspect components using alignment gauges
·Perform hand-filing and surface preparation as required
·Clean components in readiness for final inspection
·Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process
What We're Looking For
·Previous experience in preparation and polishing within a manufacturing environment
·Good knowledge of masking, sanding, priming, and polishing techniques an advantage
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
·A reliable, proactive, and flexible team player
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
