What you'll be doing:
Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation
Managing procurement and contract administration
Undertaking valuations, change control and final accounts
Providing commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with project managers, design teams and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
Consultancy background with experience delivering construction projects
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Experience managing projects from inception to completion
A proactive and collaborative approach
