How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Sales Support Administrator - East London – c£32k + bonus and benefits

    Joining a fantastic organisation, the Sales Support Administrator will support the commercial teams with the preparation, management and tracking of service orders, purchase orders and contracts.

    This great opportunity would suit someone self-motivated and hardworking with boundless energy and enthusiasm. You will be highly organised and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ideally, you will be confident in using MS Office (including Excel) and CRM or order management systems, have excellent communication skills and strong customer service ethics.

    Key responsibilities as the Sales Support Administrator will include:

    * Supporting end-to-end sales processes – creating, processing and managing service orders, purchase orders and contracts

    * Maintaining accurate sales documentation

    * Managing CRM system and ensuring accurate system updates

    * Acting as the first point of contact for teams regarding sales administration related queries

    * Working with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and data integrity

    * Monitoring order status and ensuring deadlines and service deliver requirements are met

    * General administration as required

    What we’re looking for:

    * Previous experience in similar sales administration roles (c12 months+)

    * Experience in a fast-paced role supporting high volume orders

    * Strong MS Office including Excel

    * Database / CRM experience

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    * Customer service focused

    * Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

    * Highly organised nature with good planning capabilities - a project management approach

    * Numerate

    * Proactive team player with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

    * Ability to work in-office
