Setting and changing injection moulding tools safely and efficiently.
Starting up machines and optimising processing parameters.
Monitoring production quality and carrying out first-off inspections.
Troubleshooting machine and process issues to minimise downtime.
Performing routine machine and tooling maintenance.
Working closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience setting injection moulding machines.
Good understanding of injection moulding processes.
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Working HoursFull time- Monday to Friday
6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm rotating shifts
OR
Part time- Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts (24 hours total)
Pay
£16 per hour for the full time role working weekdays only
£25 per hour for the part time role working weekends only
