In this role, you will work across a varied commercial portfolio, undertaking site inspections, carrying out dilapidations, preparing schedules of condition, running contract administration, managing reports, and attending regular client meetings. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will hold a Building Surveying degree, hold MRICS or AssocRICS, you will be self-sufficient, confident on site and able to manage a range of surveying instructions with autonomy.

The Role:

Deliver a wide range of commercial building surveying services
Undertake dilapidations, schedules of condition and contract administration
Attend client meetings and manage instructions independently
Prepare detailed reports and maintain strong client relationships
Work across office, hotel, and commercial refurbishment projects
Based in Birmingham, with hybrid working (2-3 days in office)
The Person:

AssocRICS qualification minimum
Strong background in surveying
Confident delivering dilapidations, CA and schedules of condition
Self-sufficient, client-facing, and capable of managing own workload
Ambitious and open to future leadership progression
