How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Supporting and leading civil litigation matters independently, depending on experience.
Supervising and mentoring junior legal professionals.

Supporting the development of collections and recovery strategies while balancing legal, regulatory and commercial considerations.
Managing litigation matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder requirements are met. What you'll need to succeed

Our client is also able to accept applications from CILEx qualified lawyers with practice rights to conduct litigation. You will also demonstrate:

Experience gained within private practice or in-house legal team.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation and debt recovery, including pre-action, litigation and enforcement processes.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
Confidence in communicating with and influencing both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
An understanding of regulatory considerations relevant to litigation and collections activity. What you'll get in return
In return, you will join a collaborative in-house legal team where you will have the opportunity to handle meaningful and varied litigation work, develop your expertise, and contribute to high-profile strategic initiatives.
