Description
Deliver estate management services including consultancy and advisory support on rural property matters.
Provide professional advice across landlord and tenant matters, valuations, diversification and development projects.
Advise on lettings, utilities, energy projects, compensation claims and wider estate management issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to a strong future pipeline of work.
Represent the business at industry events and support wider ESG initiatives.Profile
MRICS qualification with a minimum of five years' post-qualified experience.
Previous experience in rural estate management, professional services, or a similar surveying role.
Strong technical knowledge across estate management and professional practice.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently.
