You will play a key role in delivering learning, carrying out progress reviews and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to help apprentices successfully complete their qualifications.

Apprenticeship Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Deliver teaching, learning and assessment for digital apprenticeship programmes.
* Conduct regular learner progress reviews and plan meaningful learning activities.
* Support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance.
* Maintain accurate learner records and update digital learning platforms.
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners successfully progress through Gateway and achieve their qualification.
* Promote learner engagement and identify any additional support requirements.
Apprenticeship Coordinator Requirements:
* Experience within telecommunications, communications, network engineering or a related technical discipline would be advantageous.
* An ex-Royal Signals Electronic Warfare Systems Installer (EWSI) background would be highly advantageous.
* Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, training or instructing others.
* A teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate learner records.
* A proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting learner development.
Apprenticeship Coordinator Benefits:
* Salary £29,866 – £32,088 depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday – 37 hours.
