Accounts Assistant

Kenton Black Finance are supporting a well-established and financially stable construction Group as they seek to appoint a new Accounts Assistant. Your New Role as Accounts Assistant:

•Prepare and process sales invoices, liaising with customers
•Process and check invoices
•Request and process documentation for subcontractors and identify any discrepancies
•Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and other construction staff
•Assist with other areas of purchase ledger, sales ledger and subcontractors as needed and supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

•Experience within a busy finance function
•Construction/CIS knowledge or the ability and willingness to learn subcontractor rules
•Strong communication skills, building and maintaining working relationships with various stakeholders
•Good practical knowledge of Excel
