📍Location: Watford - must be a driver with car due to the location of the role

💷Salary: £32,000 increases to £35,000 after probation period

⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Join our vibrant finance team as an Accounts Assistant! 🌟 You'll play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Managing and processing accounts payable transactions with precision 🧾
Assisting with data entry tasks related to financial records and transactions
Supporting the finance team in reconciling accounts using Xero
Maintaining organised records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents 📁
Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely processing of financial data 🤝Experience:

Proven experience working with Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy ✏️
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyBenefits:
