Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering looking to come off the tools and build a rewarding long-term career?

In this role, you will deliver Mechanical Engineering training across practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning. You will plan engaging lessons, assess learner progress and support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers within the engineering industry. You'll also receive full funding and support to gain recognised teaching qualifications while working within an experienced and supportive team.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer or similar with a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, looking to move into teaching with full training, great work-life balance and long-term career progression.

The Role:

Deliver Mechanical Engineering training across practical workshop and classroom sessions
Plan lessons, schemes of work and learning materials
Assess learner progress and provide feedback and support
Monitor learner achievement and outcomes
Support curriculum delivery and course development
Gain recognised teaching qualifications with full funding and supportThe Person:

Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Mechanical Engineer or similar
Looking to progress into a teaching and training career
